Whole chicken, approx. weight 1.5kg- 2kg
The chickens are free range and ‘veld-raised’ by a small farmer in the Swartland where they have plenty of sunshine and room to roam. They are fed on a diet of sprouted barley, never soy or mielies.
This farm chicken is vacuum sealed and frozen for freshness. Remember to remove the giblets before cooking.
