Whole Spatchcock chicken, approx. weight 1.5kg- 2kg
The chickens are free range and ‘veld-raised ‘ by a small farmer in the Swartland where they have plenty of sunshine and room to roam. They are fed on a diet of sprouted barley , never soy or mielies.
The Spatchcock chicken is seasoned with garlic, thyme, paprika, salt & pepper, and then vacuum sealed and frozen for freshness. Delicious cooked on the braai.
The best way to defrost a chicken is to move it from the freezer to the fridge on a serving plate the night before you intend to cook.
