Our pork comes from certified free range pigs. They grow up roaming freely, rolling around in the dirt and foraging for acorns. They are not fed any growth hormones and are free from long-term antibiotics.
The traditional pork sausages are made by Martin of Cure Deli and contain pure meat and are seasoned with salt, sage and white pepper. They contain NO added fillers, gluten, water, preservatives, dairy or MSG.
