This is such a tasty mid week meal, ready in less than 30 minutes!
What You’ll Need:
- 500g Steak Stir Fry
- 1 Lime
- 250g Sugar Snap Peas
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1 Red Chilli, Sliced
- Season the steak with salt and pepper; toss to coat. In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium-high. Cook half the steak until browned on one side, 1 to 2 minutes (steak will cook further in step 3); transfer to a plate.
- Add snap peas, ginger, red chili, and 3/4 cup water to pan; season with salt and pepper. Cook until snap peas turn bright green, 1 to 2 minutes. Return steak to pan until cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and mix in lime juice. Serve with rice.
